Why Your Mind Can’t See Your Real Worth (But Everyone Else Can)

Most people don’t know their real value. Not because they don’t have one — but because they’re looking in the wrong place.
Everyone has a superpower. Do you know yours?
Your superpower is what makes you YOU.

I'll tell you this..
It’s not your job title. It’s not how smart you think you are. It’s not your opinion about yourself.
Your superpower is your emotional value — the way people feel when they’re with you.

Most people never discover this because the mind is too busy comparing us to others, making us doubt who we truly are.
Am I better? Am I worse? Do I matter? Am I doing it right? Am I good? Am I bad? Am I enough??
But your real value has nothing to do with your opinions about yourself. Your value lives in you — and in what people receive (emotionally) from you… just by being in your presence, just by being YOU.
The warmth. The safety. The energy. The clarity. The comfort or support. Maybe the way you listen. The way you make people feel seen.
That’s your superpower.

So how do you find it?
Ask the five closest people in your life. What do they all receive from you emotionally?
What makes you special to them? What do you nurture them with just by being you?
What emotional experience do they get in your presence —not something you try to give, something you give naturally.
That’s who you truly are.

And here’s the part most people miss: Once you know your superpower, you must choose carefully who gets it — because the people you give it to are the people you receive emotional nourishment from.
That exchange is what I call Emotional Payoff — mutual emotional support, strength, and nourishment.

Your superpower is precious. Make sure it’s feeding the right relationships. 💛
